When Booking from Outside St. John: Reservation, Deposit, Payment & Cancellation Information
A 50% non-refundable deposit will be due upon booking in order to secure a reservation date. Not responsible for cancellation due to acts of nature, transportation difficulties, death in the family or change of plans. Upon booking, our Catering Agreement will outline cancellation and refund policies.
Deposits may be in the form of personal check , bank draft, wire transfer, or United States Post Office Postal Money Order (ask about discount) payable to: Julie Van Pelt, Box 1478, St. John, VI 00831.
Should the event be booked within 10 days of said event, a wire transfer for the deposit will be required, and the balance be paid in the form of cash, traveler’s checks, or United States Post Office Postal Money Order (ask about discount). Credit cards are not accepted.
Minimum order is $200.
In addition, chef’s labor fee is $325 for parties
of 8 and under. For parties
of over 8 – Add $20.00 per person.
This fee covers transportation
to and from villa, and
3.5 hours on-site; duties
include setting of table
(s), preparation, serving
and clean-up of event.
Additional hours will be
billed at $50.00 per hour.

Parties of 4 or more will require Server at a fee
of $125.00. Sous Chef(s)
may be necessary for parties
larger than 10. Please

East West Catering is the only caterer on the island that does not require that your entire party have the same thing. We only ask that you order in minimum quantities of (2) - giving our clients the most flexibility for varying tastes. However, we will always take a single item order for parties of (2), for a vegetarian, or for a dietary restriction
For parties of 2 persons, in order to meet the minimum, client may order items from other East West Catering Services to be delivered at time of event for later use.
A 20% Service Charge will be added to all
parties.
A 4% Governement Tax will be added to all
parties.
