Our cuisine blends a classic culinary foundation with an innovative “freestyle” palette of flavors from the Pacific Rim and influences from all around the Caribbean. East West takes pride in that we change our menu every season to keep our cuisine cutting edge and exciting, incorporating as many local products, organic produce, and being as environmentally responsible as possible. And, we are the only caterer that doesn’t ask that you all order the same thing. We have set up our menu as close to a restaurant menu as possible, only asking that you order menu items in pairs. We will always do single item orders for vegetarians. East West makes everything to order, and always takes into consideration any allergy, dietary restriction, macrobiotic or kosher diets.
