East West Catering Service Fees
Important Information


  • Basic Fees fees listed below pertain to parties of larger than 8 persons.
  • All basic fees listed are the minimum for service.
  • All basic fees listed cover up to a 5 hours event time including set-up and break down.
  • Please see "additional fees" for events over 5 hours in length.
  • All parties over 12 persons will require a sous chef.
  • All parties over 6 persons will require a server.
  • Dependent upon menu and style of event, number of servers and/or bartenders will be determined by East West Catering.
  • 20% Gratuity will be added to all parties
  • 4% Government tax will be added to all parties


FEES
Executive Chef
Basic Fee for Parties of up to 8 persons:     $325.00
Basic Fee for Parties Larger than 8: $20.00 per person will be added to $325.00 fee
Additional Fees for Events
over 5 hours in length:
$50.00 per hour will be added.
  

Sous Chef
Basic Fee for Parties Larger than 12: $150.00
Additional Fees for Events
over 5 hours in length:
$20.00 per hour will be added.
  

Servers & Bartenders
Basic Fee: $125.00
Additional Fees for Events
over 5 hours in length:
$20.00 per hour will be added.
